Refund policy

Eve by Boz aims for 100% customer satisfaction. Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of purchase. Items with the seal intact and tags in place will be returned to inventory. Any items without a seal or tags removed will not be accepted as a return. To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ask you to contact us at hello@evebyboz.com to get our return address. Once you send the products back and send us a tracking number we will issue a refund for the price of the products.
