What kind of lace does Eve by Boz use?

Eve by Boz uses high-definition lace, also known as Swiss lace. It is a premium lace material that becomes virtually invisible when applied to the scalp. This allows the wig wearer to showcase a natural-looking hairline, as the lace along the edges becomes undetectable.
Can the wigs be worn as glueless?

We recommend securing your wig.
How many bundles are needed for a full sew in?

The number of bundles needed for a full sew-in depends on the desired volume of hair. 4 bundles are our suggestion to achieve the full 250% density that can be found in our wigs.
How many times can I re-use Eve by Boz hair?

Our high-quality hair can be reinstalled 3-4 times with proper care. By using our specially formulated products for hair extensions, your bundles will retain their luster and longevity.
How do I find the right length?

Refer to the pictures on our website. We indicate our models’ varying heights to help you assess the hair length when it is worn. Keep in mind Eve by Boz hair has blunt cuts, therefore giving you full length to the end.
How do I know if the hair is 100% human?

Our 100% virgin, human hair is sourced from Asia, then imported to our manufacturing headquarters in Ghana where it goes through a quality control process using a system to inspect each wig, bundle and closure. All hair is additionally treated with the finest organic products to ensure the hair’s luster and longevity. Our hair is then exported to the USA for global distribution.
Can the hair be straightened or curled?

Yes, with 100% virgin, human hair, you can safely apply heat to style it any fashion including curls, crimps, straight styles, and more.
Can the hair be dyed?

Our hair comes in a natural black color, giving you the flexibility to both lighten and darken it. If you choose to lighten the hair, it is important to proceed with caution to avoid thinning.
How often should I shampoo?

It is recommended that the hair should be shampooed at least once a week, to help remove residual styling products. Your hair may need more frequent shampooing depending on your daily activities such as working out, swimming or other outdoor activities due to perspiration, pollen, dirt, etc.
How often should I use a conditioner?

You should condition your hair every time you wash it. While shampoo cleanses your hair of dirt and impurities, conditioner seals the hair to lock in moisture. Both shampoo and conditioner are essential hair care products designed to complement each other to keep your hair healthy, strong and moisturized.
What do conditioners do to the hair?

Conditioner strengthens the hair with a protective coating and prevents breakage. Another major benefit of using a conditioner is that it moisturizes the hair and makes it soft, smooth and reduces the appearance of frizz.

What is Goddess Paste? How do I use it?

Goddess Paste is a hair styling product that helps keep baby hairs and flyaways smooth and in place. It can be used to create artistic styles and add shine to hair. 

To use, apply a small amount of product to your fingertips and smooth it onto your edges with a soft-bristled edge brush. For extra hold, wrap your edges with a satin scarf for a few minutes. Style your hair as desired for a sleep finish. 

For use of the goddess paste wand, dip the wand into the tube to retrieve a small amount of Goddess Paste, and use it for edges to achieve a finer application.
What is Native Skin? How do I use it?

Native Skin is used to conceal lace and duplicate scalp appearance.

To use Native Skin, place the covered tube in a cup of hot water to melt for 3-4 minutes. Gently apply the melted product onto the lace of the wig. Use the tip of your comb to blend the product gently along the part to create a defined parting. Your wig is now lace free and ready to be installed!
What is leave-in conditioner? How do I use it?

Leave-in conditioner is a hair product that’s left in your hair after application and doesn’t need to be rinsed out. It’s designed to provide long-lasting hydration, protection, and strengthening for your hair.

To use, apply a generous amount of leave-in conditioner to damp or dry hair. Comb through or use your fingers for even coverage. Do not rinse–style as desired.
Curl pudding? How do I use it?

Curl pudding is a hair product that can be used to moisturize, style, or both. It typically has a whipped cream-like texture and is made with natural oils and butters to nourish hair. 

Start with dry or damp hair and section it for easier application. Apply a generous amount from roots to ends, ensuring even distribution. Scrunch your hair to enhance curl definition, then let it air dry or use a diffuser for best results.

Eve By Boz hair care products are manufactured in California, USA. Eve By Boz’s hair products are sourced in Asia, processed in Ghana and sold globally.

Orders
How do I track my order?

Check your email! Once your order ships, we are able to make a track number which will be sent to you via email. If for some reason you are unable to find your shipping confirmation please contact customer service at hello@evebyboz.com with your order number.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please email us at hello@evebyboz.com immediately. Orders that are in the system by 1pm central will be shipped out the same day. This creates a tight turnaround time which limits access to edits or cancellations. Orders are processed early in the morning and again around 12:30 pm. It is best to consider orders to be final and have the details verified before completing the check-out process..
Do you ship internationally?

Eve by Boz aims for 100% customer satisfaction. Returns will be accepted within 2 weeks of purchase. Items with the seal intact and tags in place will be returned to inventory. Any items without a seal or tags removed will not be accepted as a return. To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ask you to contact us at hello@evebyboz.com to get our return address. Once you send the products back and send us a tracking number we will issue a refund for the price of the products.
What is your return policy?
